Read some great reviews and was excited to try this restaurant. The service was pleasant and the menu varied but not inspired. It started with complimentary fried wonton and a dip. The dip was an unnatural red and so glutinous it would not pour from…a spoon. The wonton looked like they had been fried in old oil and then left to sit for weeks. They were also cold. We had a combination dish each and found that if you ordered it for one, you got two wings and two shrimp. If you ordered it for two (double the price) you got three of each in total. The noodle dish was reasonably tasty, but the kung pao, chicken and almonds, and the choy mein all tasted the same. it tasted as if soya sauce and cornstarch had been added to each. The shrimp and egg roll both were coated with a thick gooey substance and fried too long in old oil. They were so unpleasant, I could not eat them. The wonton soup was passably with cabbage in the soup??? The portions were good. Sadly, not enough benefits to make me come back.More

They don’t serve alcoholic drinks but you are welcome to bring your own. The place, nice little restaurant with Chinese decor. We were alone in the place on a Thursday night. The waiter told us that business in versalles was down du the COVID 19…and the Canadian government restriction on international flights. However, living in Vancouver for 30 years I believe I know quite a bit about Chinese food. We started with their specialities, deep fried wontons, oh my god they were so delicious big hot and fresh. I had a wonton soup in a large bowl big portion and plenty of wontons. My wife had showmein with shrimps, excellent, I had sweet and sour chicken balls, amazing. The server was efficient polite and did not bother us. Now the big surprise, 543 Mexican pesos =33$ Canadian. I highly recommend Dragon Chino in Versalles Puerto Vallarta Mexico, we will go back next week to try their ginger beef.More

We tried the restaurant for the first time today and found it to be deliciously perfect. The spicy dishes such as the Schezuan Pork was hot and flavorful. I recommend it. The menu is large so there is something for everyone. Staff was excellent; appropriately…attentive, and very friendly. Our waiter spoke English. We’ll definitely be eating here again.More

Great little lunch, just what you would expect from a Chinese restaurant anywhere. The flat noodle (we had chicken) was delicious.

Again this visit to PV we choose to have Chinese food. This is by far the best in PV. We have visited China many times and this is the closest to true Chinese food we have found. We love the fried rice and the oyster…sauce chicken. If you don’t see it on the menu, ask and they may surprise you with a custom order. The service is as great as the food.More

We started with wonton soup. It was good but didn’t taste particularly Chinese. Next came beef in black bean sauce and shrimp with black mushrooms. Both were surprisingly good and really did taste Chinese. The service was also terrific. The table linen, though, all looked…old and unclean, while the condition of the bathroom was mildly stomach churning. They know what they’re doing in the kitchen here, but the general hygiene of the place makes me doubt I’ll be back.More

Dragon Chino is an excellent Chinese place to eat in Puerto Vallarta. Great sweet and sour chicken & LoMein! I also liked their egg rolls and the only place that has crispy knoodles for your soup. Nice, clean, and family friendly! The service is excellent…and the prices are good. You have to eat in the restaurant and their selection is great!More

Food was poor, service lacking, sorry we stopped in. The photos on the menu were most tempting but the delivered product was just awful. Nobody seemed to care either; as nobody asked if things were to our liking. I am amazed it is still open.
