Went in for a quick late night bite as Piazetta is just around the corner. The pizza is very thin crust and delicious. I highly recommend the mushroom! Unfortunately the Margarita pizza is not made with basil.
Very tasty bruschetta and Pizza. The owner greeted us and the service was good. Excellent gelato which we had in their very sweet bar.
What a fantastic meal for Halloween night. It’s a tradition for us to visit this restaurant on Halloween dressed in costume and the restaurant is always so kind to us. We were dressed as Ghostbusters this year and the restaurant went out of their way…to make us feel at home. We ordered fried eggplant for a starter which was absolutely delicious. The fresh bread and accompanying oils were also delicious. For our mains, we all ordered pizzas and they were quite good. We really appreciated the restaurant’s patience when serving our food as our table was bombarded with adorable kids asking for Halloween candy. One small recommendation – make sure to remove the pits from olives before serving them on pizzas. Thanks for another special Halloween night – it was a casual meal and one of our favorites!More
Another great experience. World class bar tender, Juan will make the best you have ever had. Food was great as we have always expected. The hospitality makes you feel like part of the family. Note worthy addition. The cleanest restrooms in PV. Can’t wait to…see Mimo and the team again soon.More
Came with some local friends. Ordered some appatizers. They where delicious. We each ordered drinks and entries I had the spaghetti my friend had lasagna my other friend had some kind of stuffed meat or something . I tried a little of each they where…all delicious service was on point very friendly nice atmosphereMore
We were concerned when we read some recent reviews. We had always come here in years past. We were very happy to see some familiar faces and great food. Cocktails were perfect food was as we remembered. Some people writing reviews should understand that harm…they can cause a business with poorly worded comments. Was looking for a good pizza and when researching La Piazetta kept appearing so we decided to give it a try. Good service however the pizza was just ok lacking cheese and toppings.
Something has changed, and it’s not good. I’ve always enjoyed my meals at this restaurant, but tonight was disappointing in every way. Service was beyond slow, and frankly terrible in every way, even after speaking with the manager. I realized it was busy and ordered…all food and drink at the beginning. This did not help. It was at least 30 minutes before I received my salad and an hour for the entree, which was the nightly special. Had to flag down the waiter for both. Capese salad was disappointing compared to the past. Prices have increased and food and service have decreased. Won’t be returning.More

Piazetta has become a staple on my visits to Puerto Vallarta. I order a pizza as an appetizer to share and a pasta dish for dinner and always go away happy! This time the owner took our order and my friends order the salmon and…the chicken and said it was delicious.More

Excellent restaurant – the food, drinks and service were all outstanding. Staff were helpful and highly efficient. All CoVid safety rules were being met. We ate dinner there twice, we liked it so much. Even when it was busy to food came out hot and…in a timely manner. Highly recommend this restaurant.More
Felt like a pizza and headed into La Piazetta.The Covid protocols were solid. We picked a table that was very open. Ordered a good Italian red, which was served slightly chilled, perfect. The bread, oil, balsamic oil, and chili oil was very good. Fresh! Our…pizzas were excellent. The La Piazetta pizza ( mushroom and pepperoni) was great but our blue cheese, olive and artificial was something special. Service and prices were all great. A definite go to spot.More
Mimmo the owner and amazing staff never fail to provide best food, atmosphere and service. Very well priced for top of the line food and service. Check out their weekly specials. We had two for one pasta, amazing.
A long time favorite. The owner is there working to make sure his customers are well taken care of. The waiters run the food to the tables. Never had a bad meal.
