Stunning views, amazing staff and the food is incredible 3 nights here thus far and 3 great meals in! Guillermo is my FAVORITE waiter he is very kind always has the best suggestions if you are unable to decide because everything looks so darn good….I’m hooked on the Spinach Salad very light and refreshing especially after a day in the sun. This evening i had the yes Spinach Salad with Raspberries and 1 Pork Belly & Rib Eye Tacos. Oh the Pork Belly was exactly what I wanted will be getting those from here on out. Had the Red Snapper that was the catch of the day was very nice. Restaurant has a NEW NAME EUGENIA now still the same great food & staffMore

The cover photo looks like the Eugenia restaurant in the Grand Miramar, although I think the bar might be called La Mar. The tables are right next to the pool and during the day, this is the adults-only pool area. You can order lunch items…and drinks during the day, and then they close at 5 pm to prepare for dinner starting at 6 pm. The dinner menu is varied with some seafood and some other items, all nicely presented and the service is attentive. It’s a very nice setting for a restaurant, high up in Conchas Chinas, with a nice sunset view. You can add the meal charges to your room bill (not sure if the restaurant is available to non-guests).More

We enjoyed pizza and pasta here as our choices were limited being vegetarians but the chef was too accomodative.

We enjoyed breakfast and dinner here. The views are outstanding and take your breath away. My husband enjoyed the Milk Chicken entree which was like a Cornish hen – cooked to perfection crispy brown. I had Cesar Salad with chicken which was a meal sized…portion. We enjoyed the food and service was very good.More

Excellent presentation and wonderful staff, somewhat limited on dinner selections. The views are incredible and outside dinning gives you a wonderful view of the infinity pool with the backdrop of the ocean, much ambiance!

We so hoped our dinner experience would be amazing. Steaks were under cooked and they could not figure out how to sear the fat on the edge. Place was empty so got best table for sunset which they suggested. LaMar is also the inclusive option…eatery but no one must be selecting it so the space was immense. Beautifully done. One of the only choices in Conchas Cochina Area of PV. Waiter and staff were fine. It was a $100 meal for two, so food prep is what brought the score down.More

Had a nice lunch here by myself while staying at Hotel Grand Miramar. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I ended up ordering the Caesar Salad and grilled shrimp. Everything was very good and the shrimp were perfectly grilled; not overcooked and delicious. They…also have a great cocktail selection. I had a wonderfully smokey mezcal pineapple drink that was great with my meal. The restaurant is located on one of the top floors of the Hotel Grand Miramar and has great panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding mountainside scenery. I would recommend this restaurant to others and would return again.More

My husband and I come to PV every year. How we’ve missed this in the past I have no idea. Set way up in Upper Amapas in the Grand Miramar Hotel, it has pretty much the best view in town. We went twice in 2…weeks. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The Cease Salad for 2 was delicious. The first time my husband had Beef Tenderloin. It was cooked to perfection and delicious. I had shrimp with tomatoes and capers baked in puff pastry. Fresh and delicious. The red wines by the glass that night were a little disappointing. We were looking for a nice Malbec and strangely there were only California options available. The second time they had some lovely South American and Mexican choices. That night, a friend had the lobster and raved about it. The Red Snapper of the Day, beef and pasta were all big hits. The Brownie dessert with ice cream was superb and the sunset breathtaking. Overall this place is definitely wort the trip.More

This is a beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the Grand Miramar Hotel. The food is an excellent value for the overall experience the setting offers. Try it…you won’t be disappointed. Come by for happy hour on the rooftop above called The Gin Joint….Get there by sunset and you’ll be treated to a great view with photo ops.More

The view from the restaurant is amazing. Many times a restaurant with a view does not have the best food, La Mar is an exception. The food was outstanding, and the service impeccable.
