Bloody Mary was delicious, chicken wings good, onion rings were ok. Nataly was our server and she did very well.

We stopped in for a snack. The servers were super friendly and efficient. I had the best Pina colada I’ve had on the trip so far. And our nachos… well we ran out of chips before we ran out of toppings, which was a first…for me and it was tasty to boot. So I would definitely recommend and go back.More

We have been coming to Paradise Burger for 10 years because the food was good and fast. This was the last time. Food was under cooked, cold French fries and was overall very disappointing. There are so many good restaurants in a Puerto Vallarta, we…will go elsewhere next time. Service was horrible.More

We always stopped here for a burrito and a cold beer for lunch. We’re heading back to P.V. next month so I just looked up this place again. It appears that our opinion is very similar to those that have posted receintly. Our last visit…was in Dec 2021. Got a great table near the front of the restaurant so swe could look down and see everyone passing by on the Malecon. Placed our order for the burritos and beers and the service was pretty good. We got the beers and maybe 20 minutes went by and still no food. Ordered another beer and eventually the food arrived. It was not as good as it had been in previous visits. Very bland. Not really hot. We finished lunch and asked for the check. It took the waiter about 10 minutes to get it for us. I read it carefully and the “Tip” had been added into the total cost. I told the waiter that it should be removed and that I would handle the tip in cash directly with him. He took the check to the manager and in no time the manager arrived and said that the tip had been figured in so I had to just pay it. I refused and insisted that it be removed. He left the table and went to the register and I followed him there. He argued that I had to pay it and I still refused and explained that I would handle the tip on my own. He got loud and finally said that he’d remove the tip. I got a new check and paid it and we left. I don’t mind tipping, but I resent having the management tell me how much I have to leave. That’s up to me. I’ll not return there again. Times have changed and it’s gone to hell since our earlier visits. Just my humble opinion…More

We’ve been patronizing this restaurant for many years and always found the food to be excellent and reasonably priced with efficient service and a spectacular view. Unfortunately this was not the case today. Our waitress’s attention seemed to be somewhere else; we had to repeat…our order (2 BLTs and 2 beers). The beers came after a small delay but when I asked for glasses she brought only one and had to be asked for a second one. After waiting for another 20 minutes or more we asked the whereabouts of our food and were met with a blank stare. We once again asked about our BLTs. This time she walked away and returned with menus. She never placed our order or, for that matter, remembered that we had ordered. We requested the check and were a bit shocked to see that our beers cost nearly triple what they do almost anywhere else in town. Sad to say our previous “go to” is now an “avoid”.More

The only thing going for this place is the view. We got burgers which were mediocre and no cutlery and the serving staff were somewhere but nowhere within sight. Not a great experience.

The pulled pork is amazing and the burgers are great too. The view upstairs is wonderful. It is on the malecon so there are many other places to see close by.

Absolute trash food, we threw out the calamari as it was tougher than rubber, and the burger,,,, wow! Just wow! Grouse fat flavoured with zero taste and the fries were probably from someone’s lunch at noontime. The place is disgusting for food, and when they…saw we threw the whole lot out they just smiled and gave us the bill. Do yourself a favour, go to McDonald’s or Burger King before going here, at least there you will get some satisfaction.More

After walking along the beachside for awhile, we began to do some tequila tasting and start to browse restaurant menus along the way. Paradise Burger had a very diverse menu, so everyone could find something to suit their taste. My wife had the mahi and…I had fajitas. The indoor/outdoor seating area is fabulous with great ocean views. The food was very good. Worth a visit for sure.More

Four friends and I entered this restaurant to get a quick bite to eat before our New Year’s Eve party. When we were sat down we let them know upfront that we were going to eat quickly and leave because we needed to be somewhere….The waiter Jose made all of us so anxious with his edgy attitude and made us all so uncomfortable. At the end we asked for our check and he told us that we needed to pay $75 per person because we were part of their New Year’s eve party which all we had was four hamburgers. We argued with them until the manager came and said we needed to just pay $80 and get out. (Our bill should have been $40) They would not give us our check for 15 minutes and had us sit there while everyone in the restaurant was staring at us because of the scene that just happened. We are not confrontational people so our anxiety level was thru the roof. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Puerto Vallarta and I advise you to be cautious when you go there.More

Rude servers, not once, not twice but three times. The food is horrid. But we would go for the view. Last time we wanted shrimp on our nachos. I was simply, rudely told no. This time they charged 300 pesos 4 four shrimp on a…120 peso plate of nachos. It took 45 mins to get the food which has become the norm. When I spoke nicely to the server about the price he listened and simply did not come back. So then the server who helped came over and was just rude. Almost yelling showing me the salad prices. Bodeguita del medio has a similar salad but better tasting with double the shrimp for 180 pesos. With the same view on the same malecon. Other places on the beach by lazaro cardenas have huge plates full of shrimp for 220 pesos. They never told us the price for the add ons. It took 40 mins just to get the food. When I took the bill over to the manager he yelled. The circled me. i had been nice to that point. I was told the quote of the ignorant, “this is vallarta”. Clearly the fact their competitors did better for way less had no impact. They actually bullied me and told me don’t leave a tip and don’t come back. There is a reason this place is almost always empty. The food sucks, it’s over priced the staff from manager to servers are total jerks.More

I guess our first indication that things were not going to turn out well was the employees all getting together to have us order, then disappeared. Then when they did show up they told one of us that they needed to order something else because…they didn’t have the pulled pork. What?! So they ordered the chicken burger which wasn’t really what they wanted but the rest of us had ordered already. After a LONG time with not many other diners I noticed right away that the 2 pieces of cheese on my BLT where not melted on the burger just cold on top. The bacon would not break with my teeth. Seriously. I pulled and it still wouldn’t break. Worse than a dog chew! LOL. And tasted gross. I could only do one bite. The fries were cold and the chicken burger was so tough that she could not pull the meat off of it to take a bite. She said she has never had to send food back in her life but could NOT eat anymore. So BOTH of our plates of food had to go back after one bite. We did not want to order anything else so we had to go look for another place to eat for dinner. This is obviously a case of a restaurant just resting on their good Malecon location & not into service, taste or quality of food. KEEP WALKING!!!!More

Ordered hamburger and French Fries. They cooked it to my satisfaction. The food was good but service was not very good. The location was awesome right on the Malecon. The tables are on the 2nd floor and the view is nice. I would go back.
