I travel there often and every time I drop by for my meals. Quality, great flavor and good size servings are the top traits of this place. I have tried almost all from the menu and I simply love tacos of all sorts. Travellers should…really try these, otherwise they cannot say they have been in Puerto Vallarta!More

Wife and I eat there from time to time when in the area. Great specials between noon and five. Each of us had three tacos al pastor, one volcan and fruit water plus we also shared a plate of grilled green onions. These are the…smaller blue corn tacos but loaded with meat and pineapple. Four sauces on the table. Each special was 59 pesos plus 25 pesos for the onions. Good, convenient food when in the area. They tried to make a go of it in Nuevo but failed as they did not open until two in an area largely populated by gringos. They did not ID their market and set hours accordingly.More

I can’t seem to forget their “papa rellena” (stuffed potato)… two or three of these (with a beer or two) did the trick. Those who frequently dined here with me would order the tacos at first… but I slowly began to convert them toward the…great potato. Truly fun times indeed, friendly ambiance, not expensive. Our place of choice to unwind and laugh off the woes of our day (to our heart’s content) over a relaxed and very casual dinner.More

Let me start by saying that the look of this Restaurant is a bit more urban than your usual taco spot in Mexico (something we really liked!). Now onto the food. OMG, it was fantastic! the flavours, the blue corn tortillas, the pastor cut so…thin that makes the experience of eating a gringa that much better (btw – ask for the gringa, it is spectacular!) The place is quick and professional in their service, their kitchen and bathrooms are very clean and they have very high hygiene standards (which my wife was very, very happy to see). We had a very fun time, eating amazing food served by people who had big smiles all the time. What more can you ask for..? I highly recommend this place, and so does the dude from Vallarta who was eating beside us (if locals like it, you know there is something good there). He recommended Volcanes & the alambre. I am not going to go into detail about these but trust me…. It was magic in my mouth! JUST STOP READING AND GO EAT THERE!!! oh.. and say hi to Jose, he is one of the owners and he will take good care of you ; ) Have a great vacation!!! Dani.More

I had one of the tortas and it tasted ok, but didn’t have much filling. My husband had a few tacos. The food was average tasting. It was convenient, but I probably wouldn’t spend a 2nd meal here and would try somewhere else instead.More

There are plenty of good restaurants in the marina zone, many which offer fish tacos, but this is the best place for “traditional” tacos. It is not in strictly in the marina( it is in the shopping center right next to it), but it is…a great option if you want tacos but don’t want to go downtown. Try the tacos al pastor or alambre.More

Very nice tacos al pastor on blue corn tortillas, the small ones. Two chorizo tacos only 15 pesos. The al pastor tacos ten pesos each. Clean, convenient, good service. What more can one ask at the shopping center.
